Community Outreach & Educational Services

Wali Abdul Hanifzai, Executive Director providing psycho-education on developing and maintaining an identity and positive parenting techniques. 

Qazizada Multicultural Therapy Clinic in partnership with AAMO, IRC, Shia Muslim Council hosted a half-day workshop focusing on educating new Afghan refugees on laws associated with child protective services and appropriate disciplinary measures. 

While parents were learning postive parenting techniques, children were given an opportunity to build relations and engage in social activities with peers.
